The Government of Ontario has declared a second provincial state of emergency and has issued a stay-at-home order. Effective Thursday January 14, 2021, we must remain at home, with exceptions only for essential purposes. EMFSO has closed Crosswinds Field for all flight activities until further notice.

Well, here we go again. Hopefully, everyone has kits at hand to ourselves busy until such time as the order is lifted.
Do have a general suggestion. That is, can we make use of the the on-line conferencing systems to hold a virtual club meeting?
Zoom has a conferencing feature that allows everyone else to connect to the meeting via the Internet, rather than requiring everyone to download and install the client software. This is a new feature that was added recently, and which closes one of the security loopholes that was being covered by the press back in March of last year.
The capability is available on other systems like Skype.
