May I use this HobbyKing motor within EMFSO EF-1 races?

The EF-1 approved motor from HobbyKing has been discontinued and replaced by a new model.  To keep an enoncormical motor options avaialble, would EMFSO consider the usage of the new hobbyking motor described here?

On taht product description oage, it said "This product is no longer available and has been replaced by a newer product: CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE NEW PRODUCT:  http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewitem.asp?idproduct=16092

NMPRA has not yet approve this new motor. These two motor has the same 1250kv, 600W but the new motor is 6g heavier.

Please advise.
